Don’t Wait Until It’s “Too Late”
-
Enlarged Prostate = Tight Exit. When the prostate grows, it squeezes the urethra like a kinked garden hose. That slows or stops your flow as the bladder muscle struggles to push the urine out of your penis.
-
Your Bladder Can’t Be Replaced: Other than your brain, the only other major organ that cannot be replaced by transplantation is your bladder! If it gets too weak or scarred, the damage is forever .
-
Don’t be a Victim of Late-Stage Disease: Ignoring symptoms can lead to leaking urine, wearing bladder leakage products, or depending on catheters in your penis for the rest of your life. The sooner you act, the better the chances of your bladder bouncing back.
Know Your Stage—Save Your Future
The IBPSS (International Bladder-Prostate Symptom Score) shows where you are today—Stage I (Constricting Prostate) to Stage V (Failing Bladder). Pair that with a quick “pee check” called a Uroflow Test (done with just your Phone via proudP app) to see how hard your bladder is working. Together they flag who needs a deeper check‑up.
*The IBPSS is a communication tool. See your provider for academically validated questionnaires.

Who May Need a Deeper Check-up
Men who meet one of the following criteria should consider seeking more information from their urologists/healthcare provider regarding a comprehensive “Bladder Health Baseline”:
-
IBPSS score 8 or more
-
IBPSS score 8 or more PLUS a Maximum Urine Flow (Qmax) <15 mL/sec.
-
History of “Leaking Urine” when you can’t get to the toilet in time (Stage III)
-
History of “Not Being Able to Pee” (Stage IV)
